Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rendering harmless a harmful organohalogen typified by PCB by a dehalogenation treatment, its equipment, and its application to a system. SOLUTION: The device for dehalogenating the organohalogen compound comprises two or more reaction tubes 18 which perform the dehalogenation reaction, at least one pump 15 per reaction tube for supplying the organohalogen compound, or a mixture containing the organohalogen compound, the hydrogen donor, and the oil, and another pump 14 for supplying a dehalogenation agent liquid with the pumps separated for each reaction tube.
