PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and image formation system capable of enhancing security by preventing the rear side of a significant document from being used erroneously. SOLUTION: In the case of forming an image on one side of a sheet, a control part 110 controls an image forming part 140 to form a rear side pattern image on the rear side of the sheet. Although the rear side of a printed sheet is white in normal one side printing, this invention prevents the rear side of the significant document from being used because the rear side pattern image is formed on the rear side of the sheet.
