SOLUTION: The device control system for controlling states of devices in use from life information of the plurality of clients is equipped with a sleeping level synthesizing means for synthesizing the life information of the plurality of clients, a control level output means for determining a specific control level out of a plurality of the control levels from the transition data of the life information, and an operational means for adjusting the devices to a state in which the devices are set at the control level from the output by the control level output means and the information by the sleeping level synthesizing means.
