SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition contains (a) perovskite type PbZrO3, (b) perovskite type PbTiO3and (3) multiple perovskite type Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3, in which the relative quantity of each of the component (a), the component (b) and the component (c) satisfies a condition of 1.02≤2a+b≤1.10 and 0.01≤b≤0.11 in general formula, Pb(ZraTi1-a)1-b(Mn1/3Sb2/3)bO3.
