Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion performance by exceeding a limit of a conventional organic solar cell in a technology of the organic solar cell in which organic semiconductor layer is constituted by a plurality of material layer. SOLUTION: In the organic solar cell preparing an organic semiconductor layer 20 consisting of a plurality of the material layer between a pair of electrode layers 10, 30, the organic semiconductor layer 20 comprises a first material layer 24 having a space communicating in thickness direction, a second material layer 22 consisting of soluble material arranged to be adjacent to the first material layer 24, and a mixture region 26, which belongs to the first material layer 24, arranged at an adjacent portion between the first material layer 24 and the second material layer 22, and formed by curing a liquid membrane of the soluble material forming the second material layer 22 after penetrating the liquid membrane, further formed in that a portion of material of the second material layer 22 penetrates into a communicating space of the first material layer 24 and intermingles with.
