PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid display trouble by controlling a driving method for a display panel more properly according to property variation of the display panel. SOLUTION: A driver control part 10 varies, according to use conditions, driving pulses applied to respective electrodes of the display panel 1 which has a plurality of 1st electrodes and a plurality of 2nd electrodes arranged in parallel to each other and also has a plurality of 3rd electrodes arranged crossing the 1st and 2nd electrodes, and drivers 4 to 7 apply the driving pulses to the respective electrodes according to an indication of the driver control part 10 to more properly vary and apply the driving pulses, and consequently more proper driving corresponding to property variation of the display panel is realized to avoid display trouble including wrong display.
