PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for transportation, in which a space between the side wall of the packaging box and a commodity is reduced and even a large, heavy commodity can be packaged easily. SOLUTION: The packaging box includes a pallet 10, which comprises a rectangular bottom wall 11, girders 13 formed on the bottom of the bottom wall 11, and a frame 16, which is disposed upright on the top edge of the bottom wall and has locking holes 24 formed at the positions corresponding to at least two counter edges of the bottom wall 11. The packaging box also includes an outer box 27, which is arranged to be fitted into the frame 16 and has an outer wall 28 having locking pieces 40 that are inserted from the outside of the frame 16 into the locking holes 24 to be locked there.
