PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop/provide a medicine capable of improving diseases or tissue forms accompanying the reduction of the amount of collagen in the tissue. SOLUTION: (1) This triazinoindole amine compound expressed by formula (I) [hereinafter called as a compound (I)], and the composition containing the compound (I) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt [hereinafter called as the composition] and used for the acceleration of the collagen accumulation and/or inhibition of the reduction of the collagen are provided. (2) In order to accelerate the transcription of a type I collagen gene and inhibiting the transcription of a matrix metalloprotease 1 (MMP-1) gene, the compound (I) or it pharmacologically acceptable salt is used. (3) The method for accelerating the accumulation of the amount of the collagen and/or inhibition of its reduction comprises a process of administering an effective amount of the compound (I) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt to a mammalian animal diagnosed as having a disease or tissue form accompanying the reduction of the collagen in the tissue.
