PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass sheet shipping case for thoroughly managing the case without opening. SOLUTION: This glass sheet shipping case comprises a shipping case body 1 made of a transparent glass substrate and cushioning materials 11, 12 which are provided with color pigmentation films different for each pixel on the substrate, installed on the display screen side of a display such as a liquid crystal display and which prevents a color filter 3 for coloring an indication light for screen display using the film from being broken and a cover body 2 for sealing the body 1. At least one inner side of the main body 1 and the cover body 2 is provided with an IC tag (no drawing) for memorizing the management information of the filter 3 and for reading the information in a non-contacting manner. Because the information is read in a non-contacting manner, the information can be read whether the cases are stained or not or whether they are stacked or not, and thus they can be thoroughly managed without being opened.
