PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite heat insulation sheet with a flexibility applicable to portable goods for example a bag or the like used as freely bending. SOLUTION: The composite heat insulation sheet comprises a foamed sheet and a hollow sheet piled up and adhered on one side or the both sides of the foamed sheet through an adhesive layer. The hollow sheet is composed of two of films opposed each other at an interval adhered through a plurality of libs or the hollow sheet is composed of a film with a plurality of concaves on the surface adhered to another film, and a plurality of closed cell rooms is formed so as to be sealed by the concave part and the other film. The composite heat insulation sheet wherein the foamed sheet is arranged as many of foamed bodies with a shape of a strip as a bamboo blind are adjoined to each other through a latent gap.
