PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for mounting/dismounting a bit to/from a screw driving machine, wherein the jig can simply carry out the mounting/dismounting of a driver bit in a working site. SOLUTION: The fixture 1 mounts and dismounts the bit to/from the screw driving machine 10 having the driver bit 20 dismountably inserted into a mounting portion 25 formed on a rotary driving shaft 17. The fixture 1 is composed of a large diameter flange portion 2 formed so as to give a large diameter cylinder shape, and a small diameter column shape portion 3 which is integratedly formed with the large diameter flange portion 2 protrusively extending from one end side of the large diameter flange portion 2 in the axial direction and has the diameter smaller than that of the large diameter flange portion 2. Fixing means 4, 5 for fixing the tip portion of the driver bit 20 are formed on the other end side of the large diameter flange portion 2.
