Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growth analyzer with which growth information on respective plant samples can be obtained individually and at an always fixed position/angle while simultaneously cultivating a lot of plant samples in order to analyze the change in growing process taking account of long lapsed time of plants. SOLUTION: This plant growth analyzer comprises a first transfer mechanism 2 for transferring a plurality of plant samples, and a second transfer mechanism 3 for transferring a piece of plant sample to a photographing position. In the analyzer, the first transferring mechanism 2 and the second transferring mechanism 3 move to the photographing position for every sample apart from the plurality of other samples; taking a picture thereof with a camera 4; and storing the obtained image data and analysis data based on the image data in a storage medium 6.
