Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric cost as much as possible by utilizing a PRO network system connected with the Internet because electricity can be purchased and sold freely between a PPS and a consumer as electric power is liberalized. SOLUTION: Data of power use conditions and data of power generation enterprise are transmitted, one by one, to a PRO pack server 10 through the Internet. Consumers 11 and PPS 20 are classified from the data of demand conditions and supply conditions so that electricity can be purchased and sold efficiently between groups. In order to reduce power cost furthermore by bringing power demand closer to an optimal supply conditions presented from the supply side in order to reduce the cost, demand regulation commands satisfying the conditions of individual consumers are issued automatically and collectively from the PRO pack server 10 to the consumer group. Furthermore, power generation capacity alteration commands satisfying the conditions of individual PPS are issued automatically and collectively to the PPS for the same purpose.
