Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accident caused by the overwork or health abnormality of a driver, through the use of a vehicle allocation support program for receiving a vehicle allocation request, selecting a vehicle to be allocated with respect to the received vehicle allocation request, and displaying it. SOLUTION: When a vehicle selecting part 280 selects the vehicle to be allocated, only the vehicle without conflicting with a binding time limit is selected by determining whether the vehicle conflicts or not, through the use of not only position information of the vehicle stored in a vehicle list storage part 250 but a binding time, a time to be taken till a load collecting site, and an intermission which are stored in a labor record storage part 270 when the binding time till the load collecting site is not less than 16 hours. When the binding time till the load collecting site is less than 16 hours, the vehicle without conflicting with a continuous traveling limit is selected by determining whether the vehicle conflicts or not, through the use of not only the position information but a continuous traveling time, the time to be taken till the load collecting site, and the intermission which are stored in the labor record storage part 270.
