Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI (large-scale integrated circuit) that allows easy installation of a variety of IDs (identifications). SOLUTION: In an LSI 10, a decode section 11 decodes an externally received ID signal Fusedec to provide as output a decode signal. A fuse circuit 12 stores the values the decode signals represent when an operation setting signal Fuse is active, and holds the stored values when the operation setting signal Fuse is nonactive. An IDRAM (ID random access memory) 13 stores the value held by the fuse circuit 12 as an ID. Thus, simple changes in the values of the ID signals Fusedec enable installing the IDs of a variety of the values in the LSI 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
