Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress with a ventilating function efficiently transporting heat and moisture confined inside the mattress. SOLUTION: This mattress is formed by airtightly closing the outer circumference of air cells 12 constituting a cushion part by a base sheet 11 and a cover sheet 12. Exhaust holes 17 are opened in arbitrary positions in the side surface of the cover sheet 12; an air supply nozzle 15 for injecting the ventilation air is provided in the opposite side of the exhaust holes 17 across the cushion part composed of the air cells 12; and a ventilation air cell 14 provided with air blowoff holes 16 having a predetermined dimension for blowing off the injected ventilation air outside the air cells.
