Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a valve action metal plate of a power supply line side is made in a zigzag manner to effectively remove high frequency noise in a feedthrough type electrolytic capacitor, the valve action metal plate is easily deformed, and a dielectric film of its surface is easily damaged. SOLUTION: The feedthrough electrolytic capacitor reinforces the valve action metal plate by providing a conductive element of solid, semi-solid or high viscosity liquid-like electrolyte not only on the surface of the valve action metal plate having the dielectric film on the surface but also in a slit by detouring the power supply line circuit according to a slit to a zigzag state to form the valve action metal plate of the power supply line side in the zigzag state. Thus, the feedthrough electrolytic capacitor which can effectively remove the high frequency noise stably can be provided while improving the size reduction efficiency of the capacitor.
