Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an interruption controller and an interruption control method for improving the degree of real time performance when one interrupt process is configured of parts whose interrupt priority levels are different. SOLUTION: An interruption controller 100 is provided with an interruption control circuit 101, an interrupt condition register 102, an interruption vector 103 and a processor data processing part 106. When the interrupt processing of the part of high priority level ends, the processor processing part 106 changes the interrupt priority level of the current interrupt operation under processing of the interrupt condition register 102 to a low level according to an instruction code on a program. The interrupt control circuit 101 compares the interrupt priority level of the interrupt request in an interruption standby status with the interrupt priority level of the current interrupt operation under processing, and issues an interrupt processing request by giving priority to an interrupt request whose interrupt priority level is higher than the interrupt priority level of the current interrupt operation under processing changed to a low level.
