Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roll whose hardness is reduced, whose cost is reduced by avoiding image failures due to bleeding-up, and also, by eliminating interlaminar peeling and gas-reservoir. SOLUTION: The conductive roll is provided with: an axial core bar 31 electrically connected to a power source; a double outer layer 32 of a solid layer or a sponge layer arranged by simultaneously extrusion-molding two layers of conductive macromolecule elastomers on the outer periphery of the core bar 31; and a toner releasing layer 35 arranged on the outer periphery of the double outer layer 32, wherein the upper layer 34 of the double outer layer 31 is constituted of polar elastomer and the lower layer 33 is constituted of alloy of polar elastomer and nonpolar elastomer.
