Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and thin sheet for a battery case and excellent in performance such as strength as the sheet for the battery case, and moreover excellent in safety because an electrode terminal is not short-circuited with a metal foil layer laminated on the case when the battery case is processed. SOLUTION: The sheet for the battery case 30 is formed by sequentially laminating from the outside, for example, a first substrate film layer 1a, the metal foil layer 2, a second substrate film layer 1b, a polyolefin resin layer 3a and an acid-modified polyolefin resin layer 3b, and the sheet 30 for the battery case is formed by laminating the metal foil layer 2 which is smaller than the other layers so that it is not exposed at least at the edge part of one end of the sheet 30 for the battery case. As the first and second substrate film layers 1a, 1b, a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film or nylon or polypropylene film is preferably used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
