Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device and a method for assembling it for the filter of a fluid with an easy assembling structure. SOLUTION: The filter device is provided with a filter cover 20, a filter element 30 with a structure for the filter of the fluid to run through, a central tube 28 stretching within and installing the filter element, and a ring 14 which is installed in the filter cover 20 to engage with the central tube 28 stretching within the filter element 30 to hold the central tube 28 to which the filter element is attached the filter element 30.
