PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method for a working device to be program operated including program control elements of two sorts one of which is the user adjusted element(s) which can be adjusted by the user, enabling the user not having expert knowledge of the control to easily adjust the conditions of the user adjusted element within the adjustable range, facilitating the operating work of the working device, and enhancing the working efficiency by specifying the user adjusted element(s) among the program control elements and entering it/them into the control device. SOLUTION: The program control elements 19a are written into the control device 15 of a crane 11 to be made by the manufacturer of a bucket crane 11 for casting in the rubbish, and at this time of entering by writing, the user adjusted element(s) 23 adjustable by the user of the working device A is specified previously, entered, and displayed on a display device 20, and also the conditions of the user adjusted element 23 are made adjustable by the user of the crane 11 within the adjustable range, and the user of the crane 11 can operate the crane 11 while he adjusts to any values the conditions of the user adjusted element(s) 23 given on the display device 20.
