PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminating terminal being an information provider to control a communication according to position information in place where an originating terminal wanting information to be provided is calling in a communication system for communications mutually among a plurality of terminals for providing information. SOLUTION: An originating terminal 110 comprises a communication means 111 and a position detecting means 112 for detecting the position. A terminating terminal 120 comprises a communication means 121, a communication control information memory means 122 having stored communication control information according to the position, and a control means 123 for controlling the communication with the originating terminal 110 using the communication control information corresponding to position information for a request to communicate received from the originating terminal, including the position information.
