PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve usage in various places by enlarging uses compared with a conventional tissue box holder, to enhance convenience by easily arranging a tissue box holder in the usage place, and also providing in a main body a function of attaching a garbage bag or a bag for a small article, and also to reduce work processes by constituting the resin-made main body by metallic molding. SOLUTION: (A) A clip attachment type tissue box holder is bent in a clip shape with repulsion like a spring, and fixed by pinching at an attachment place. An elastic body is used at the inner side of the bent clip shape part with antislip finish. (B) Each of tissue boxes different in thickness can be easily attached to/detached from a tissue box holder part since the holder is a set-in type. The elastic body is used at the inner side of the holder with antislip finish, so as to fix and keep the holder.
