Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active mass damper adopting a method for directly rotating and driving a nut by a hollow motor. SOLUTION: In the motor-driven active mass damper, both ends of a screw shaft are fixed to a structure, and the nut connected with the screw shaft by screwing is directly rotated and driven by the hollow motor with a hollow structure through which the screw shaft penetrates. The hollow motor is integrally fitted to a measure movably installed in the same direction as that of the screw shaft. Based on a detection signal of a vibration sensor for measuring the vibration of the structure, the hollow motor is driven and controlled, and exhibits an active vibration control function.
