The clamp driving apparatus is connected with the upper part rack pair 50 to move the upper part rack pair 50 toward the lower part rack pair 52. The engaging driving apparatus 83 are connected with the upper part rack pair 50 and the lower part rack pair 52 to simultaneously and mutually move all the rack pairs 50 and 52.
