Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily measure the height of a trolley line at a low cost, with a simple structure, while portable, allowing easy fitting to a service vehicle, etc. SOLUTION: For a measurement arrangement 1, a fixing hardware 3, for attaching to a fitting frame C2 of a service vehicle C, etc., is provided to four corners of a base plate 2, where an almost vertical frame body 7 is erected. The fixing hardware 3 is fixed, by raising/rotating a lever 5 supported by a bracket member 4 on the base plate 2 so that an engagement rod 6 is made to engage with the edge of the fitting frame C2. The frame body 7 is fitted vertically with guide bars 8 and 8, while being fitted vertically with an adjoining air cylinder 9, and supports a lifting body 11 to allow lifting, via a coupling member 10 that magnetically couples with a piston in the air cylinder 9. The coupling member 10 is provided with an encoder 12 that measures height of a trolley line T, based on the displacement amount of the coupling member 10, when the lifting body 11 rises and is brought into contact with the trolley line T due to the supply of air to the air cylinder 9.
