Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently remove, wash/purify, and deodorize the contaminants included in a large amount of excreta and other objects to be treated with a simple method and system configuration. SOLUTION: The treatment method and system for a contaminated water mixture comprise supplying ceramic catalyst water to the object to be treated and subjecting the contaminated water mixture containing the ceramic catalyst water to treatment. The treatment method and system for the contaminated water mixture also comprise generating the ceramic catalyst water utilizing the catalytic reaction obtained by bringing an aqueous solution containing free chlorine and ceramics into contact with each other by a catalytic water generating means 15, increasing the pressure of the water by a suction transfer means 6 having a venturi structure to jet the water from a nozzle, sucking and transferring the contaminated water mixture containing the ceramic catalyst water from a branch pipe disposed on the downstream side thereof to tanks 9 to 11 and performing mixing and stirring (7 and 8) by supplying the ceramic catalyst water in the tanks 9 to 11. The water is thereafter transferred to a precipitation tank 5 and is subjected to precipitation treatment, waste water is discharged and precipitate is taken out after the precipitation treatment.
