PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device and a system for wireless communication, which make it easy to select a communication party terminal. SOLUTION: The wireless communication terminal device has a connection establishment phase wherein connection destination selection sequence is executed by exchanging transmit and receive signals with at least one terminal by wireless and a connection with one of the communication party terminals is made according to the execution result of the connection destination selection sequence and a communication phase wherein information is exchanged by wireless after the connection establishment phase and the transmitting electric power of the transmit signals or reception sensitivity to the receive signals is made less in the connection establishment phase than in the communication phase.
