Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an office recovery service providing system for securing an office space required for recovering the function of an enterprise when a disaster strikes. SOLUTION: The required area to be provided for a user when the disaster strikes is calculated on the basis of a disaster striking probability calculated on the basis of disaster information stored in a disaster information storage part 16 and contract information on an office space offer to the user when the disaster strikes, which is concluded between the user stored in a contract information storage part 14 and an office space provider, and an empty space for satisfying the required area is specified from empty spaces stored in an empty space information storage part 18 on the basis of the calculated required area.
