Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell module for dot figures materializing remarkable upsizing and to provide a dot chart tactile system. SOLUTION: The dot figure tactile system is provided with a dot chart display part 12 for vertically movably holding a plurality of tactile pins 13 for displaying the dot charts along the side edge part of the upper side of a unit substrate 11, arranges a plurality of piezoelectric element pieces 15 for vertically moving the tactile pins 13 in free ends by curvature operation corresponding to the tactile pins on the face of the unit substrate 11, allows an upper side edge of the unit substrate 11 to be positioned in the neighborhood of joint parts of the curvature operation of the piezoelectric element pieces 15 in the lower end of the unit substrate 11, and arranges a printed circuit board 18 having an electric circuit electrically connecting the basic end side of the piezoelectric element piece 15 so that the lower side edge is positioned in the neighborhood of the basic end of the piezoelectric element piece 15.
