Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell of a fuel cell with high reliability in use frequently repeating a start and a stop, high power generating efficiency, and large output, and to provide a fuel cell stack and an integrated circuit using this. SOLUTION: This cell of the fuel cell has a plurality of unit cells 1 inside a cell substrate 3, the cell substrate 3 comprises a supporting substrate part 2 and an electrolyte part 11, the electrolyte part 11 has a plurality of parallel grooves, and an air electrode layer 13 and a fuel electrode layer 12 cover the inner wall of the grooves so as to interpose the electrolyte part 11 between them. The fuel cell stack is constituted by connecting a plurality of cells of the fuel cell in the perpendicular direction to the extending direction of the cell substrate. The integrated circuit is obtained by forming the cell of the fuel cell and an electronic circuit on the same substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
