Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine distribution system which is effective and efficient for the purpose of selectively distributing one or more kinds of medicines to a fixed target part and can be transplanted. SOLUTION: The convection increase type medicine distribution apparatus is provided with: a fixed injection pump assembly 20 having a fixed fluid outflow port; a fixed fluid distribution path 40 extending from the outflow port of a pump 25 to the fixed target tissue part; and a fixed controlled discharge type medicine apparatus 30 located within the fluid distribution path 40 for discharging a prescribed medicine or biological activator into the distribution path. The pump assembly 20 distributes the fluid as an injection flow with a fixed high speed. A medicinal material discharged by the discharging apparatus 30 is carried, and in a top of the path, a fixed pressure gradient is set to obtain a transporting state increased by a convection with which the discharged medicine or a therapeutic material moves into the target tissue part with increased depth and/or concentration of permeation.
