Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dust reduction agent which is useful for a wet spray method for a mortar, or the like, using a powdery quick setting agent, can sufficiently reduce dust with a small addition amount and can maintain a good strength development of the mortar, or the like. SOLUTION: This dust reduction agent comprises a quaternized poly(meth) acrylate.
