Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent personal information such as order information transmitted from a customer terminal from being specified by a third person or a shop terminal. SOLUTION: When a request 611 is transmitted from the shop terminal Sj on the wide area network to this connection terminal X between the closed area network and the wide area network, all the service list are updated on the basis of a shop service list in the request 611 in the terminal X. When a request 621 is transmitted from the customer terminal Ci on the closed network to the connection terminal X, all the service lists are returned from the connection terminal X to the customer terminal Ci by a response 622. Then, a request 623 including a customer order list constructed of entries in all the service lists about the objective service of the order designated by a consumer is transmitted from the customer terminal Ci to the connection terminal X. In the connection terminal X, all the order lists are updated on the basis of the customer order list, and order lists for respective shops are formed on the basis of all the order lists to be returned to the matching shop terminal by a request 631.
