Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for manufacturing a plate type heat exchanger block using a plate formed by a successive forming method which prevents the plate from being buckled during forming and also can suppress working distortion within a range which has practically no problem, and to provide a manufacturing system. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing of the plate type heat exchanger block, die-divided bodies in which unnecessary plastic deformation preventive/warpage inhibitive waveform patterns are formed, that are a waveform pattern main body forming block, a front part waveform pattern forming block and a rear part waveform pattern forming block, are used to form a waveform pattern on the plate 2, while suppressing the unnecessary plastic deformation and warpage due to successive forming, so as to form a heat-transfer plate 3. A heat-transfer plate laminated body obtained by laminating the required number of the heat-transfer plates is held between a front end plate and a rear end plate to be integrated together.
