PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve and an enema catheter capable of passing a sufficient flow rate fluid with less resistance to the fluid and eliminating a resonance sound in injecting air in an X-ray photograph of the rectum. SOLUTION: An openable/closable valve element 3 is provided in a valve seat 4 in the edge of an outflow port 6 relative to a flexible and circular tube body 2, and the body 2 and the valve element 3 are integrally formed, so that a part of the circumferential edge of the valve element 3 is connected to the body 2. The valve element 3 is naturally pushed to open by the hydraulic pressure of the fluid passing therein from a inflow port 5, and the valve element 3 can be opened till 90° according to the pressure of the fluid. This constitution can pass the sufficient flow rate of the fluid by highly efficiently utilizing the opening area of the outflow port 6 and, even if the fluid is air, as the resistance of the valve element 3 is less, the valve element 3 is prevented from issuing vibration sound.
