PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC device capable of transmitting information indicating what should be performed from which peripheral equipment to which PC through a connected PC to the other peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: This programmable controller device is provided with a means for individually grasping and registering not only peripheral equipment and a program controller connected at present but also the other peripheral equipment connected through the other programmable controller for exchanging information through a network or the like based on the information of specific identification number and a means for, when a request for the rewriting of a program in the programmable controller is issued from certain peripheral equipment, notifying the other peripheral equipment connected at present of the peripheral equipment which issues the request for the rewriting of the program and the specific identification number of the program controller whose program is rewritten.
