PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance-control method for reorganizing a reservoir for disusing and integrating small-to-medium sized agricultural dangerous reservoirs, and to effectively use sludge generated in an agricultural water source as materials of an agricultural base maintenance facility. SOLUTION: In maintenance-control including integration and disuse of the reservoir, this maintenance-control method of the reservoir is constituted in such a way that the disusing reservoir is reclaimed by a construction method causing no change from a present state flood quantity even after reclamation, a pipe is laid to the disusing reservoir from the integrating reservoir, and prevents a hindrance to water of the disusing reservoir, or the water is gathered by introducing the water to the integrating reservoir by the pipe from a basin of the disusing reservoir, and is characterized by changing no present state flood quantity by keeping flood delivery in a present state shape, reclaiming the reservoir by leaving the shallow water depth below a present state full water surface of the disusing reservoir, and changing no present state flood quantity by minimizing an improvement in the flood delivery.
