SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decorative coated board by successively coating the surface of a cement-base inorganic substrate (1) with a colored layer (2) and a pattern layer (3) comprises specifying the contact angle of the colored layer (2) with water to a range of 60 to 110 deg. and further specifying the surface tension of the forming material of the pattern layer (3) to a range of 10 to 30 mN/m.
