Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wing-flapping flying machine capable of flying responding to sudden changes and at low altitude. SOLUTION: The wing-flapping flying machine includes a support structure 100 provided on the body of the device to reciprocate and rotate on receiving a control signal from a drive to cause flapping movement of wings 103; a wing shaft 101 joined to the wings 103 and which rotates and reciprocates as the support structure 100 rotates and reciprocates; and an elastic body 106 joined to the wing shaft 101 and the support structure 100.
