SOLUTION: The scrapers 181-187 are arranged at a supporting part 17 consisted of rotation shafts 17A, 17B, extended parts 171a, 172a, 17b extended therefrom. a rotating part to rotate the rotation shafts 17A, 17B is arranged, respectively. At least one part among each scraper 181-187 is transferred between the state of contacting with the vessel inner wall 19 and the state of separating from the vessel inner wall 19.
