Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural rubber master batch suppressed in gelation, retaining its viscosity for a long period, and good in workability and productivity as well. SOLUTION: This natural rubber master batch is obtained by incorporating 100 pts.wt. of a natural rubber with (A) an ester having at least one carboxy group in the molecule and made from an aliphatic polycarboxylic acid and a (poly)oxyalkylene derivative and/or (B) an ester from an aromatic polycarboxylic acid of the general formula (I) (where, m is a number >=1 indicating average polymerization degree; n and p are each an integer of >=1; q is 0 or an integer of >=1; n+p+q=6 to 8; B is an aromatic ring; R is an alkylene; R is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkylaryl or acyl; and R is H, an alkyl or alkenyl) and the (poly)oxyalkylene derivative and (C) 10-200 pts.wt. of a filler. |
