Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that residual electric charges cannot be prevented while the joining reliability is secured. SOLUTION: A first substrate 1 where a diaphragm 10 is set and a second substrate 2 where an electrode 15 is set are joined via a low melting glass 20. At the same time, the low melting glass 20 is not present at a face where the diaphragm 10 and the electrode 15 are opposed. |
