Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data analysis method and system thereof, by which an analytical result suitable by each user is obtained by reflecting a user's intention, viewpoint, knowledge, experience, etc., on the analyzing contents as relieving the burden of the user. SOLUTION: The method and system is provided with an analytical result presenting part 108 to present the entire or a part of data analysis results to a user interface part 104 according to the user's request, an inference condition setting part 109 for receiving instructions of inference conditions from the user interface part 104, an inference part 111 for inferring a data analysis result in accordance with the inference conditions and an inference result presenting part 112 to present an inference result to the user interface part 104.
