Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple X-ray equipment, capable of acquiring clear fluoroscopic images, even by a comparatively low voltage, when conducting fluoroscopy of an object of inspection. SOLUTION: This equipment is equipped with an X-ray generating tube 8 for irradiating X-rays 9 the object of inspection, a fluorescent screen 10 for receiving the X-rays 9, a mirror 11 for refracting the optical path of a fluorescent image projected on the rear side of the fluorescent screen 10, a high- sensitivity CCD camera 12 for photographing the fluorescent image reflected by the mirror 11, and a black box 13 for storing the fluorescent screen 10, the mirror 11 and the CCD camera 12. Hereby, the influence of visible rays on the fluorescent image projected on the fluorescent screen 10 can be removed, and the fluorescent image can be photographed with high sensitivity and displayed on a monitor 5. |
