SOLUTION: The efficient tool which is capable of drying the quilt or mattress 9 formed to an annular form by connecting both ends 15 and 16 with connectors 17 by rotating a rod to rotate the quilt 9, exposing the quilt uniformly over the entire part and omitting the labor for hanging the half side again even in multiple dwelling houses such as condominiums, narrow spaces or places where have little sunshine duration is provided.
