PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for storing luggage, and conducting centralized control to it to be delivered. SOLUTION: This luggage control device is provided with a plurality of luggage storage means 1 for storing luggage, a centralized luggage control means 8 for controlling data related to luggage storage in each luggage storage means 1, a data processing means 9 for recording data related to personal registration numbers, and data for recording the centralized luggage control means 8, and a luggage delivery means 10 for delivering the luggage by referring to the data processing means 9. A user is thus capable of storing the luggage in the luggage storing means 1, and making it delivered to a user's address when convenient.
