Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for an organic EL display capable of uniformly, reliably forming uniform organic emission layers of red, green and blue every pixels, and realizing full color display. SOLUTION: This manufacturing device for the organic EL display has a means 7 for storing solution 6 in which an emission material is dissolved; a means for supplying the solution to a flying electrode tip part 3-1; a means for forming an electrostatic field by applying voltage to between the flying electrode tip part and a conductor of an organic EL substrate; and a means for relatively moving the flying electrode tip part and the organic EL substrate in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction. By flying the solution in a thread shape from the flying electrode tip part to the organic EL substrate, the solution is poured in a recess formed by being surrounded by a bank on the organic EL substrate to form emission layers of red, green, and blue. |
