Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floral decoration in which a fabric for forming a flower can be reused, assembly and processing are facilitated and a manufacturing cost can be reduced and to provide a method for packing the same. SOLUTION: A plate material 3 is furnished with an opening 3a. On the one hand, a fabric 1 is folded, partially converged and a converged part 1a of the fabric 1 is inserted into the opening part 3a of the plate material 3 and latched to widen a nonconverged part 1b of the fabric 1 in a flower shape.
